What is BuildTether?
BuildTether is construction jobsite management software that connects plans, product selections, approvals, photos and notes to the room where the work happens. Contractors, designers, owners and trades can find current information through a permanent room QR code.
Do trades need to download an app?
No. Scan a posted room QR code with a normal phone camera to open the information the contractor has made available. The contractor controls what is published and who can access project information.
What happens when plans or selections change?
The contractor updates the information behind the same room QR code. The posted code stays in place, and the next scan opens the current published details.
Can BuildTether help create a construction schedule?
The AI Living Schedule uses the contractor estimate and organized plans to prepare an editable schedule with activities, dates, inspections and a critical path. The contractor reviews and approves the draft before using it as the official schedule.
Is BuildTether free?
Independent QR tools are free. BuildTether Management offers a 30-day trial with a payment card, then the selected subscription renews automatically. Founder pricing starts at $24 per month while the subscription stays active. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid a charge.
